Reporting a mistake
Helpful details: which page, what you entered (months, item, amount), and the result you expected with its source, such as a guideline page.
Please do not send original bills or contracts, your name, address or room number. The numbers alone are enough.
Responses
Email is read and answered by the operator personally; there is no fixed response time. Help covers how the calculation works and where it comes from. It cannot judge whether a specific bill is correct, negotiate for you or give legal advice.
